About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior CyberArk Security Engineer to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our Privileged Access Management (PAM) development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust privileged access management strategies to ensure the resilience of our digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities
• Oversee the PAM development team and services, including privileged IDs for employee and partner accounts
• Work with teams to integrate various applications with CyberArk for password management
• Collaborate with BU leads globally to deliver a seamless CyberArk solution
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues and resolve or determine group needed to assist
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert within the CyberArk environment
• Contribute to the overall strategic planning and direction of Privileged Access across the enterprise
• Research PAM tool sets and products in the marketplace and determine suitability for Manulife's environment
• Oversee the governance structure of the PAM program, providing regular progress reports and updates to senior management
• Promote Privileged Access control best practices across the organization through education and awareness programs

Requirements

We require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Security, with 5-7 years of relevant experience. You should have strong background in CyberArk administration, including Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM), EPV, PSM, PVWA, CPM, and hands-on experience in building customized connectors (CPM, PVWA, PSM). Experience working with different platforms such as Wintel, Unix/Linux, Databases, and Cloud environments is also essential.
