Senior Cyber Security Manager

As a Senior Cyber Security Manager, you will plan, design, and implement Cybersecurity services and best practices, collaborate with global and regional representatives, and embed best practice management. You will also implement controls on Cybersecurity risk, ensure compliance with Cybersecurity risk policies, provide expert advisory services, and contribute to the Sub-function/Region Cybersecurity strategy to maintain, protect, and enhance our values, reputation, and stakeholder value. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing security events, conducting investigations, coordinating timely response and resolution to security breaches, leading and managing security projects, and conducting regular security assessments. You will also stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security threats, trends, and technologies, and proactively recommend appropriate mitigation strategies and countermeasures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the design and implementation of new systems, applications, and processes, and lead and support peers within the Cybersecurity function to define and implement an industry leading Cybersecurity Service. You will ensure compliance with internal audit and external regulators, enhance the IT and information security education and awareness programs, and stay informed about the regulatory landscape in Hong Kong and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. You will hold a Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in cyber security, IT operations, IT Audit, or risk management, and have a strong understanding of inherent and residual risk management principles. You will have hands-on implementation of industry best practices, risk frameworks, or regulatory guidelines, and knowledge of DevOps, Cybersecurity, Hybrid Cloud, or Machine Learning. You will also hold professional security certifications, such as CISSP, CCSP, CISA, or CEH, and have good technical ability to implement IT security and technology risk management programs. You will have strong managerial, project management, and problem-solving skills, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management. You will have a great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes. Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior roles.
