Thus, perform system testing on system solutions with quality results. To support various operation teams and work with IT development team to ensure stability of system operations. Project Management and system initiatives support Lead projects effectively with the assigned resources. Monitor projects status with quality deliverables. Meet business users to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. Collect user requirements and provide professional input for system improvement. Regular review on business processes to seek for improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness. Design test plan and conduct testing for system solutions. Prepare System User Guide and conduct system training. Resource planning to meet the company goals Manage resource and prioritize tasks in order to meet project timelines. Plan team resources and assignment for subordinates. Governance on guidelines and regulations for Pension business operations Review the revised statutory guidelines and regulations. Provide suggestions on improvement of operational and system solutions. Production support on day-to-day pension operations Responds to day-to-day operating questions generated by users, such as, function usage, program option purposes, and how to locate the information requested by the user. Review the operational reports to internal users. Review the statutory reports to regulators. Review the statistic reports to management. Other responsibilities Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirement. Accuracy in completing duties and work assigned Timely prepare and submission of management/regulatory reports Complete the assignment within the agreed timeline. Provide good quality testing result for efficient production implementation Internal Regular meetings/communications with users and IT for the progress updates and keep track on the project schedule Daily communication with internal departments for system functions, production support and reports compilation. Internal training to all departments on project basis. External Communication with Regulator on reporting submissions. Communication with clients on reporting and system support Minimum job requirements: University / College graduate with major in Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent Preferably with 5-7 years working experience Good analytical and problem solving skills. Able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines for assigned tasks. Able to communicate with IT professionals. Self-motivated and detail oriented Good spoken and written English and Chinese Computer knowledge in Word, Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, MS Access, SQL statement Remarks: Candidates with less experience will be considered as CS Business Support, Specialist (Assistant Manager) You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
