Summary:

We are seeking a high calibre and experienced Home Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Home Network, Home Security System and Home Automation System provisioning, maintenance, and upselling techniques. The successful candidate must be willing to take shift duty and ECO, and must be polite, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, repair and programming the Home Automation System like Crestron, Lutron, Control 4, Zigbee Network, Video Door Phone System
• Troubleshoot and resolve Home Network, Home Security System and Home Automation System
• Identify upsell opportunity and upsell additional products and services to customers
• Take shift duty and ECO
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Home Automation technologies
• Able to work effectively with customers and colleagues in difficult and stressful situations.
• Great teammate with strong desire to success and a result-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:
• Graduate from a technical institution in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in the area of Home Automation System
• Proven experience in upselling products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CCNA or equivalent certification is preferrable
• Licence Holder of Registered Electrical Worker A is preferrable
• Experience with fibre optic technology
• Experience with Home Automation System
