Responsibilities
• Develop and sustain strong client relationships to fully understand their business objectives and digital needs.
• Strategize and implement compelling social media retainer projects and digital marketing campaigns that align with client goals and increase engagement.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators to enhance brand visibility and reach.
• Manage the end-to-end process of video production, ensuring content is compelling and on brand.
• Lead project pitching efforts by preparing comprehensive proposals that demonstrate clear value and strategic thinking.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to optimize results.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects that surpass client expectations.
• Lead and mentor junior colleagues in project execution and professional development..

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, complemented by a strong portfolio in digital marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or account management within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing social media retainer projects and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience in managing influencer partnerships and video production projects.
• Proven ability to pitch and secure new projects.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the aptitude to present ideas clearly and persuasively..
