Senior Officer, Marketing and Communications

We are looking for candidates with digital agency background and hands on digital agency execution for Marketing and communication.

Job responsibilities
• Manage the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage digital marketing channels and content, such as social media, digital marketing, to ensure consistent messaging to meet business and branding objectives.
• Act as the project manager for marketing campaigns or CSR initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and monitoring project progress to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling marketing collateral, including digital content, product and promotional materials, and communication material for internal and external communication.
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.

Job requirements
• Degree holder with minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Corporate Communications or digital agency
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
• Strong project management skills, communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
• Knowledge and experience in the insurance, financial services or agency experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity in the Chinese digital and social media landscape is preferred.
• MS Office savvy and Chinese word processing.
• Basic graphic/video editing with Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
