The Role and Responsibilities:
· Identify, manage and develop sales opportunities, new channels and new investment buisness projects to achieve sales target.
· Establish sales objectives, formulate and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets.
· Stay informed about industry-specific trends and developments
· Create and deliver persuasive selling materials, sales presentations and proposals to potential clients and investors.
· Collaborate with regional business development personnel in the Mainland China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.
· Negotiate contracts with vendors/clients to ensure that terms are fair for both parties
· Contact with potential business opportunities on behalf of Hong Kong Headquarter.
· Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies and programs to drive customer loyalty (acquisition, engagement, retaintion and reactivation).
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, CRM or a similar role.
· Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing investment projects.
· Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in creating high-quality sales materials and presentations.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
