Job Responsibilities
Work close with existing Presales and postsales teams and provide solutions for customer
Prepare solution BOM items, proposal and support in demo, presentation with other SMEs.
Manage transition from proposing solution to project execution with our project management team
Participate in assigned IT vendors' official trainings
Regular reporting to Team head on weekly basis and to Technical Director for team resources, project schedule, risk and skill management by monthly basis.
Requirements
Associate degree or above in IT, E-commerce, Engineering, Science or equivalent
3 years of relevant working experience with hand-on technical experience is preferred.
Computer knowledge, working experience in MS windows, Linux, VMware, and basic networking/ cyber security concept are required.
Holder / Certificate of ANY of the following will be an advantage
Linux, Microsoft, Cloud/ Server, CISA/CISM , CISA, CCNA, CCSP or CKS will be an advantage
Fluent in English and Cantonese
LESS experience will still be considered as Junior position.
