About the Role:
• Manage and lead a small team of IT Sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Develop and implement strategic SI solutions tailored to Mainland Non-FSI Enterprise in Hong Kong, including but not limited to top tier Non-FSI / conglomerate accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
• Provide guidance, training and support to the sales team to enhance performance and productivity
• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborates across cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and client satisfaction
About You:
• Bachelor's Degree in any disciplines
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record in the Mainland Enterprise market
• With industrial working experience in Mainland company would be an advantage
• Sound knowledge in ICT domains in networking, security, Wi-Fi, Storage, Cloud Services, Data Centre Infrastructure, Managed Services and Professional Services
• Experience in responding to RFP and tender is a must
• Proven track record in sales success and overachievement of goals as well as sales enablement
• Independent, energetic, hardworking, spontaneous and able to work under pressure
• Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis
• Native/fluent in Mandarin is a must with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Travel occasionally within Mainland to meet with clients is required
