Kalloc Studios, a global leader in innovative software solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, is seeking a passionate and motivated Sales and Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. With our headquarters in California, US, we are committed to driving growth and delivering exceptional software solutions to our clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues related to our product, Fuzor.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
• Identify opportunities for growth and new client acquisition.
• Create engaging content for social media and marketing materials.
• Organize sales and marketing events to promote our products.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, multimedia, or a related field preferred.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Previous experience in sales or customer support is an advantage.
• Familiarity with video editing and design software (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Independent, flexible, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
