Job Description
Based in Hong Kong, to work with the Operation Manager OR Service Manager for Managed Services. The key responsibilities of Technical Support Specialist – Print & PC under Managed Service include:
Job Responsibilities
• Assist the Operation Manager OR Service Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring projects and support cases
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, policies, and regulations
• Prepare and present technical documentation for project
• Identify and resolve technical problems, risks, and challenges
• Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methods
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations on project progress and issues
Job requirements
• Possess Degree/Diploma/Certification in Computer Science, Business Information System and IT related domain
• Self-motivated and detail-minded person who is able to work across teams with good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong technical skills and knowledge in various domains, including SCCM, PC/Notebook hardware, MDM application, End-use software, network security, POS solutions and cloud, etc.
• Problem solving with analytical skills - critical thinking and attention to detail, required hands-on
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot table and slicer
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Customer facing role and be a fast & proactive learner
