Responsibilities:
• Act as a team leader to lead the sales administration team-Diagnostics with direct reporting to Head of Business Unit;
• Support the sales team with the preparation and processing of sales document, include but not limited to quotation, sales order, contracts, tender, filing, etc;
• In charge of coordination with logistics, service team and internal parties for sales order processing;
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to ensure timely fulfilment of orders;
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain good relationship with customers in good manners;
• Establish and maintain customer and pricing database;
• Update and maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures documentation;
• Work with sales team, service team and operations to develop Standard Operating Procedures as needed;
• Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the Head of Business Unit.
Requirements:
• HKCEE or DSE above;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in sales support and customer service;
• Supervisory experience is a must;
• Experience in reforming a team is a plus;
• Able to work independently, well organized, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, self-motivated and sensitive to figures;
• Ability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure with positive attitude;
• Proficient with ERP software and Microsoft Office;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Working Hours & Benefits:
• 5 day work week (09:00 am - 5:00 pm);
