Product Manager (credit card & payment)

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience

Job Responsibilities:
• Devise and execute a strategic plan for the bank's credit card products, overseeing projects to successful completion.
• Foster communication and collaboration with external entities including regulatory bodies, card organizations, and industry counterparts.
• Develop the bank's credit card business policies and product guidelines adhering to regulatory and industry norms.
• Analyze the operational aspects of the credit card business, and prepare and present regulatory materials and documentation.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in product management within banking, card clearing institutions, or payment organizations.
• Understanding of banking card product processes, regulatory requirements, and card organization standards.
• Proficient in product management, capable of product design, analyzing complex business scenarios, and effectively summarizing requirements.
• Skilled in project management, adept at resource coordination to ensure timely project delivery, coupled with strong documentation skills for creating product documentation.
