Account Manager - ICT Solution for SMB

About the role:
• Build and maintain Strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned accounts
• Understand Clients' business objectives and develop account strategies to meet their needs and drive revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients.
• Collaborate with internal department and successful implementation of solution.

About you:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• 1-2 years of experience in ICT sales field.
• ICT product knowledge is a MUST.
