Global Architectural Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our Hong Kong office at UNStudio. As an international architectural firm, we deliver projects worldwide, and this role will provide project management, design, statutory, and technical leadership for local and international projects.

Key responsibilities include:
• Providing project management, design, statutory, and technical leadership for local and international projects.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality projects.
• Developing and implementing design concepts from preliminary studies through to construction documentation and detailing.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
• Maintaining strong communication and coordination skills with clients and consultants.

Requirements include:
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience as an architect at a top-tier leading international design firm.
• Registration with HKIA qualification.
• Proficiency in project planning, design, and execution, and project management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and consultants.
• Strong aesthetic sensibilities and design skills.
• Technical problem-solving skills with innovative thinking.
• Proficient knowledge of various typologies, including commercial, residential, and cultural programs.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a good team player with coaching and motivating team members.
• Responsible, accountable, and able to foresee risks and solve conflicts in projects.
• Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, with Cantonese and Mandarin preferred.
