We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager who can help us deliver innovative software solutions that meet business needs. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from gathering and evaluating requirements to overseeing the implementation of solutions. You will identify areas for improvement, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of impactful solutions in Climate Financing, Carbon Trading, and data-driven optimization domains. You will play a key role in the strategy and development of our systems, working closely with both internal teams and clients around the globe to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and initiation through execution and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Analyze client requirements, ensuring that project goals align with user needs and the software product meets all necessary specifications.
Collaborate with product, development, and design teams to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources, ensuring smooth project execution and tracking.
Oversee the development and integration of software solutions, working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between technical design, business requirements, and user expectations.
Manage project risks by identifying potential challenges early and developing mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
Facilitate project meetings, including sprint planning, status updates, and retrospective meetings, to ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
Maintain close communication with the internal development and QA teams, guiding them in the implementation of requirements and overseeing the testing processes to ensure high-quality product releases.
Monitor project progress and performance using project management tools, providing regular status reports and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and project status reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, project management, computer science, or a related field (Fresh graduates are also welcome).
Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), and project management frameworks.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, while ensuring high-quality delivery.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions proactively.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana, and the ability to use them effectively for tracking progress and reporting.
