• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration
• 5+ years of operations management or related business experience
• In-depth knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all operational aspects of the area including cost, planning, and daily
business processes.
2. Coordinate business projects with other department managers.
3. Monitor the performance of business operations.
4. Plan and design efficient business processes.
5. Oversee operational budget controls.
6. Assist in preparing the operating budgets for the following year.
7. Provide reports on business operations to upper management.
8. Perform other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:

4. Hands on experience with budget development and oversight experience.
5. Applicable knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics.
