Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills, specializing in digital marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels to promote our K-pop events effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft compelling marketing campaigns that engage and excite our audience, leading to increased event attendance and brand loyalty.
Manage and optimize our presence on Google through SEO strategies to ensure high visibility for our events.
Execute direct email marketing efforts to nurture our community and keep them informed about upcoming events and opportunities.
Creatively utilize outdoor billboards and other physical advertising mediums to capture the attention of potential attendees.
Collaborate with the design team to produce captivating marketing materials.
Leverage your Chinese copywriting skills to connect with our Chinese-speaking audience, creating content that is both engaging and culturally relevant.
Organise Media Interviews & shoots, and PR press release materials
Manage social media accounts, and create sustainable contents
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the entertainment industry.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Google SEO and familiarity with the latest digital marketing trends.
Proven track record in executing successful email direct marketing and marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with fluency in Chinese .
Basic graphic design skills are a significant plus – ability to work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.
A passionate follower of K-pop culture with an understanding of the fan community.
