Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of the core centre and service points including facility, technology and administrative functions
• Assist supervisor to develop and manage center’s budget and oversee all financial transactions
• Supervise and manage the administration team to perform various operative functions
• Participate in formulating operation workflow and guidelines and monitor the quality and compliance
• Provide executive support to supervisor
Requirement:
• Degree holder in any discipline preferably in management
• Minimum 3 years solid administrative experience; experience in social service sector / NGO an advantage
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
• Mature, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, proactive and system thinking
• Align with the Vision, Mission and Core Values of Haven of Hope Christian Service
