Responsibilities:
• Execute marketing and outreach events, such as online competitions, and education fairs, to connect with potential clients and build relationships with stakeholders;
• Develop visual outcomes and design materials for any marketing needs;
• Develop new channel for China such as managing WeChat account and/or小紅書;
• Assist in managing a range of marketing materials, such as brochures and flyers, and creating social media content to effectively promote our program and increase brand awareness;
• Assist in managing digital marketing platform including website management, SEO/SEM, eDM, social media etc.;
• Execute marketing plan efficiently and prepare post-campaign reports for evaluation and recommendations;
• To perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Degree holders in Marketing or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 - 3 years related working experience in Marketing or Event Management, familiar with social media (including Facebook, Instagram and WeChat);
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and Google Drive functions, Adobe and Canva;
• Knowledge of marketing and CRM software and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
• knowledge in Design Software such as Canva, Adobe software
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Chinese
• Sometimes may need to work on Saturdays to support events
