Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing service information; addressing queries & issues promptly and positively and converting into business \ post service follow up.
• Analyze customer concerns and provide swift and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle enrolment of students related activities
• Proactively assist in growing existing and finding business opportunities from existing customer database
• Assist the team with day-to-day issues, ensuring they have the necessary resources to excel in their roles
• To perform any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Degree holder or Year 2/3 University Students for Internship
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude, excellent organization skills and multitasking abilities
• Eager for learning and skill development
• High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work on Saturdays/Sundays and take shift between 10:00am - 8:00pm to support services/programs.
