Identify new sales opportunities, right prospects and quality leads in IT professional services and solutions
Provide pre-sales and post-sales services in order to exceed customer satisfaction level;
Achieve assigned sales targets that align with Company’s objectives and directions;
Maintain an accurate and strong sales pipeline;
Maintain accurate and timely sales activity information. Record sales leads, contacts, referrals, future opportunities and follow-ups in Company reporting tools;
Prepare proposals and tender documents, often involving cost-effectiveness or return on investment calculations, for presentation to customers based on site review and analysis of requirements with customers, blueprints, specifications and tender documents.
Job Requirements:
Tertiary educational background is preferred;
Minimum 1 years experience in IT industries;
Knowledge in Mobile Technology / Cloud Technology / AI is an added advantage;
Excellent situation analysis, proactive, dynamic and willing to accept challenges;
Strong presentation, communication, negotiation skills with demonstrated skills in relationship building and relationship management;
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
Prior exposure in Facility Management, Property Management and Construction industries is an advantage.
