We're in search of an Enterprise Growth Executive to join our team and spearhead our efforts to expand and evolve. As an Enterprise Growth Executive, you'll play a crucial role in presenting Meltwater's software solutions to global organizations while collaborating closely with senior executives. In this capacity, you'll assume responsibility for a designated book of business, with a primary focus on enhancing existing client investments in media intelligence solutions. Your duties will include overseeing the entire sales process, navigating complex ecosystems, and engaging with target acquisitions. Your contributions will be pivotal in expanding our global footprint and ensuring that key customers receive comprehensive strategic coverage.

What You'll Do:
• Strategically map client organizations across diverse industries and cultivate robust relationships, with a keen focus on engaging key decision-makers.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team and engage in cross-functional teamwork to drive revenue growth within existing customer accounts.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's needs and challenges, effectively articulating how Meltwater's solutions can address them.
• Meticulously manage a sales pipeline, identifying upsell and cross-selling opportunities to optimize revenue.
• Take ownership of all sales activities, encompassing outbound calls, emails, and social selling initiatives.
• Consistently surpass monthly sales quotas, ensuring recognition and compensation for your outstanding performance.
• Maintain flexibility to undertake additional projects and responsibilities as directed by management.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions to the relevant stakeholders for transparent communication and informed decision-making.
What You'll Bring:
• A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred for this role, empowering you to demonstrate your academic prowess and contribute effectively.
• 3- 5 years of proven expertise in driving sales and nurturing relationships within marketing customer profiles, consistently surpassing sales targets in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to sell collaboratively, engaging across multiple functions to achieve success.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex solutions to a diverse audience.
• Strong passion and determination for business development, fueling your entrepreneurial drive.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets and quotas.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and relationship-building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese and English.
• Openness to embrace our hybrid work schedule, requiring presence in the office one day per month.
• The ability to legally work in the country of hire is required for this position.
