Senior System Analyst

Job Responsibilities
• Participate in the full product development cycle from front-end to back-end.
• Build efficient policy issue and policy services admin system with integration with front-end platforms.
• Collaborate with different teams to streamline policy administration system processes.
• Analyze requirements, propose solutions, and simplify business processes.
• Supervise junior staff and assist in problem resolution.
• Identify solutions, assess technical and business suitability, and propose system modifications.
• Manage project development and implementation.
• Support users through system updates and change control.
• Evaluate tools, services, and techniques for delivering solutions.
• Ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction through COLLABORATION.
• Manage project risks and escalate issues when necessary.

Job Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science or IT related Disciplines
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise software at scale
• Hands-on experience in JAVA, MVC framework such as Microservices/ETL/Messaging technologies integrating with Front-End System
• Experience in SSIS/SSRS reporting, Printing solution, DevOps, BI and ETL is a plus
• Knowledge on Life and Group Insurance is a plus
