Agora Freight was established in 2016, our international team is offering freight forwarding services worldwide.
We have developed a global on-line rate and booking system which is already successful between China and Russia, and now we aim to expand it between China and other countries around the world. We are members of well known global forwarding networks. Our client base is SMB end-user clients varied as well as overseas forwarders.

POTENTIAL CANDIDATES THAT DO NOT COME FROM A FREIGHT FORWARDING BACKGROUND NEED NOT APPLY.
Employee Tasks:
• Preparation of quotations, encompassing securing the best available rates and preparing the commercial offer.
• Organisation of the transport movement from booking to conclusion.
• Correct organisation of the document flow.
• Informing clients of any issues pertaining to their shipment / troubleshooting.
• Reflection of all data within the CRM system.
• Initiative to secure repeat orders (bookings).
• Conclusion of commercial contracts with vendors and clients.
• Negotiating competitive rates from China to worldwide destinations — all modes of transport.
• Upload the freight rates to the Agora Freight system.
What We Are Looking For:
• Relevant experience + 2 years within the logistics industry.
• Ability to multitask with minimum supervision.
• English language to a good standard (written and verbal).
• Computer literate – Excel literate.
• Open to relocation
