Responsibilities include:
Sell Oracle Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Finance, Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) licenses to the financial services industry in Hong Kong and China regions.
Expand customer relationships and develop account plans for top 10 accounts with senior management and customers.
Lead opportunities to achieve annualized revenue goals and measure quarterly revenue attainment.
Defend and retain existing clients and drive business from the organization.
Conduct strategic and solution selling for large, complex opportunities.
Orchestrate solutions with multiple departments and coordinate with regional and global counterparts.
Establish C-level contact and demonstrate understanding of customer sector and business drivers.
Deliver accurate business forecasting and maintain a sales funnel.
Construct custom customer presentations and proposals with support teams.
Manage accounts proactively and associate with the Partner network.
Experience:
Proven sales track record in the BFSI industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Consultative and solution selling expertise with market understanding and client connections.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent leadership skills.
Prioritize multiple tasks, take ownership of client problems, and provide regular feedback.
Strong sales acuity, results-oriented, and driven with ability to manage a sales funnel.
Enthusiastic team player and flexible with changing circumstances.
Influence decisions, clarify positions, and communicate strategies.
Apply Solutions Selling methodology and tools to manage relationships.
Excellent salesmanship with ability to identify pain, establish value, and negotiate to close.
Others:
• Experience in multinational companies and multilingual projects is an advantage.
• Fluent in Cantonese speaking is required.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience or above.
Minimum 10+ years of sales experience in Banking industry.
