Business Analyst (BI)

The incumbent will c ollaborate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of the business.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Work with business stakeholders to propose new analysis for the business
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that all stakeholders are aware of their role and responsibilities.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project artifacts.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and implement data-related projects, such as data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics, to improve business processes and decision-making.

Requirements
• 2+ years’ experiences as Business Analyst or Project Manager in projects relating to Data, ERP, BI , CRM, Finance , Business transformation , Data Governance , eCom
• 2+ years’ experiences in FMCG both in Retail / Wholesale industries. Have very good understanding of Retail and Finance processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, KPIs, and best practices, and identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• 2+ years Project Management experience, ideally completed in more than 1 IT project (full life cycle)
• 2+ years’ experience in developing Power BI Dashboards.
• Good command in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Power BI with good experience of DAX and layout design
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Azure Data Lake Gen 2, SQL or Azure synapse
• Azure Data Factory or Databricks
• Python (or other programming language C+, .Net)
