Manager - Security Architecture

The incumbent will report to the department head and lead a small team to drive the development of security architecture and be responsible for planning the new initiative project at the Corporate Group level.

Responsibilities
• Stay updated on the latest information technology security trends and threat intelligence
• Develop and utilize security tools such as endpoint protection, email protection, advanced threat protection, network security, mobile security, privileged account management, security awareness etc.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and solutions from the market
• Liaise with vendors for project implementation and BAU support
• Lead the Information Security Operations Team, including a managed Security Operations Center (SOC), to monitor, detect, and investigate security incidents 24/7
• Conduct and manage security risk assessments and compliance checks regularly

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related disciplines
• 10 years of relevant working experience
• Proven track records in transformation and adoption of new technologies on IT security/infrastructure for corporate digitalization and modernization
• Hands-on experience in security/infrastructure architecture design, project management and/or IT governance
• Proven experience in designing and implementing security standards, policies and guidelines
• Holder of any professional certificates in CISSP, CISA, ISO Lead Auditor or equivalent with hands-on practice is a must
• Good team management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Be self-motivated, and initiative with good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) in both speaking and writing
