Job Description
• Develop business model by adopting innovative technology, enhance customer journeys and customer experience
• Stay abreast of the FinTech development and market trends around the globe, research and create feasible solutions
• Collect and analyze customer needs, design UX/UI for digital platforms in agile approach
• Assist in formulating system requirements and UAT to ensure the customer experience up to standard
• Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction level and propose optimization suggestions
Qualifications
• Degree or above with major in eCommerce, Innovative Technology, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Min. 2 years relevant working experience
• Demonstrates innovative and out-of-the-box thinking
• Able to collaborate and maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and teamwork sprit
• Strong sense of responsibility and be used to accept challenges
• Strong knowledge and experience in using Figma, Microsoft Office Software and Chinese input
