Responsibilities
Assist to manage full sales cycle, from prospecting, pipeline management to pitching, presenting and closing
Proactively and continuously expand client list, pitching new opportunities, and responding to briefs in a timely manner
Build, grow and maintain strong relationships with key client and agency decision-makers to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Understand clients' business goals and challenges, and identify opportunities to collaborate

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Development
2+ years' of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent spoken and written Cantonese and English
Ability to engage with potential clients, conceptualize and deliver creative solutions
Experience in using CRM/Project management tools is a plus
