Responsibilities:
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation, engagement, and revenue growth.
Handle the backend operation of platforms such as Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, Display & Video 360 and Campaign Manager, including campaign setup and optimization
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.

constantly monitoring and analysing campaign performance using web analytics tools
conduct reports of digital channels performance
collaborate with other teams on cross-selling strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising
Demonstrate capabilities and excellence across end to end paid social/search campaign management, PPC/biddable medic tactics, conversion rate optimization and other ecommerce marketing technologies
Proficiency and in depth knowledge in operating digital performance measurement software, social media business manager dashboard including GA, Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram Business Manager, etc
Strong project management skills, accuracy and detail-minded
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
