Our client is a growing e-commerce firm with a small team located in Hong Kong and Europe. They are seeking a hands-on Logistics Manager to streamline and optimize their logistics operations.

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's logistics operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce logistics and be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes, reducing manual work and increasing efficiency
• Manage relationships with carriers, warehouses, and other logistics partners
• Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment
• Coordinate and oversee the shipping and receiving of goods, both domestically and internationally
• Analyze logistics data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements
• Manage and train logistics team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and finance, to achieve company goals

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in an e-commerce setting
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including inventory management, shipping, and warehousing
• Familiarity with customs regulations and international shipping requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
