Job Description
• Prospect and Analyze : Identify and recommend business solutions for major accounts, including e-platforms, consolidators, and direct e-sellers.
• Sales Planning : Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets set by the company, ensuring continuous growth and maximizing returns.
• Market Insights : Gather and analyze information on market trends and customer needs to provide management with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Business Pipeline : Establish a robust business pipeline aligned with the sales plan, ensuring sales force efficiency and healthy new business development.
• Account Management : Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to maximize retention and foster sustainable business relationships.
• Portfolio Analysis : Analyze the trading portfolio to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Business Development Support : Assist in business development activities related to logistics and warehousing.
• Service Coordination : Manage and coordinate special services related to warehousing and local transport.
Job Qualifications
• Education : Degree in Business or Logistics Management preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of sales or account servicing experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
• Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with e-platforms, cross-border eCommerce, and air freight forwarding.
• Language Skills : Proficient in both English and Chinese.
• Interpersonal Skills : Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Mindset : Business-oriented, adaptable, and possessing a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Problem-Solving : Demonstrated drive to find effective solutions.
• Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Travel : Willingness to undertake business trips to China as required.
