Drive Business Growth with Data-Driven Insights
AIA International Limited is seeking a skilled Customer Intelligence Management, Consultant to join our team. The Customer Analytics Transformation Specialist will explore new technology and drive analytics innovation to meet KPIs of the Customer Office and AIAHK. This role involves developing data analytics and identifying growth opportunities in data to help businesses improve retention, increase acquisition, and enhance customer experience through digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage new technologies and analytics innovation to drive customer repurchase and contactable base, improving retention levels via data/analytics and insight-led initiatives for both individual and corporate customers.
• Use data analytics to help marketing, customer, and sales departments improve sales effectiveness in different touch points.
• Work with digital information from AIA digital platforms, such as websites, apps, or AIA digital platform partnerships, to track customer journeys and identify opportunities for x-selling and better servicing customers.
• Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence the direction of cross-functional groups.
• Create compelling business presentations to explain the main insights of developed models.
• Create proper presentations and documentation of all analytical solutions developed.
• Retrieve, analyze, and summarize business, operations, customer information to develop business intelligence and optimize effectiveness.
• Apply programs such as SQL, Power BI, Adobe Analytics in analyzing and summarizing data insights to explain variances and trends for business solutions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a numerate discipline, e.g., Actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science with a strong computer programming component.
• Tenacious, with a desire to 'get to the bottom' of things with sound logical reasoning and deep-thinking ability.
• Exposure to the entire data analytics project lifecycle (identification, extraction, loading, transforming/shaping, analyzing, developing, and tracking).
• Demonstrable understanding of data quality risks and ability to carry out necessary quality checks to validate results obtained.
• Proven hands-on experience in the use of at least one advanced data analysis platform (e.g., SQL) or other programming.
• Articulate, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Adaptable, able to interact and build strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Fast learner with a willing attitude. Intellectually rigorous, with strong analytical skills and a passion for data.
• Prior experience in financial institutions and knowledge of insurance business, agency model, healthcare analytics is preferred.
• Experience in big data environments and tools such as Hive, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
