Senior Data Scientist, Distribution Strategy

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our Agency Distribution team at AIA International Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sophisticated machine learning models to improve agent performance and optimize distribution strategies.
• Apply advanced analytics techniques to drive insights and improve decision-making processes.
• Design and implement dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
• Evaluate data integrity and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected from various sources.
• Build and refine algorithms for agent segmentation and targeting.
• Provide actionable insights to improve agent recruitment, retention, and efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on machine learning and predictive modeling, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
