Responsibilities:
• Participate in business requirement analysis, system design, system testing, production launch and maintenance.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and development teams.
• Manage IT project implementation.
• Manage Business Technology team members (applicable for senior manager only).
• Monitor project progress and resolve problems.
• Provide strong support to business users.
• Prepare various management reports.
• Manage project budget and procurement process.
• Participate in risk analysis for new product launch.

Requirements:
• Degree holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis. Candidates with more experience will be considered as senior manager and candidates with less experience will be considered as assistant manager.
• Experience in eBanking applications such as Mobile Banking and Mobile Payment APP is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Solid experience to liaise with all relevant parties in IT or Business and work with business stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, willing to work in a competent, challenging and team-work environment.
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
• Solid experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
