Job Descriptions:
• Website and Campaign Optimization: Oversight of brand and campaign websites, utilizing technologies such as analytics tools, tag management, and UX optimization to enhance user experience and performance.
• Expertise in Marketing and Advertising Technology: Proven ability to leverage advanced MarTech and AdTech solutions, including digital media strategies, customer relationship management (CRM), consumer data analysis, loyalty programs, and e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborative Campaign Management: Strong partnership with marketing teams to lead comprehensive campaign development from concept to execution, offering strategic creative input and ensuring alignment across digital and traditional channels.
• Digital Advertising Mastery: In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta), ad formats, and technologies. Expertise in optimizing landing pages to increase engagement and conversions.
• Project Management Excellence: Skilled in project scoping, prioritization, budgeting, and resource allocation. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope, balancing both short-term campaign needs and long-term strategic initiatives.
Skills And Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce management (candidates with less experience may be considered for a senior role)
• Proven track record in managing brand.com websites
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta advertising platforms
• Experience with eCommerce analytics tools and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
