The Role
AMS is working with a Global Bank to deliver expert support to their talent acquisition function in the early careers and campus space. If you’re naturally driven by being part of an organization that believes the quality of its people is always the starting point, we would love to hear from you.

You will be responsible for managing the processes in place that ensure we always meet customers' expectations for quality. The objective of the role is to oversee, analyse, audit and review the work and data from the account across the region to ensure quality system processes are kept both effective and efficient. The Manager will work closely with the key assigned client account(s) to ensure that the day-to-day services are provided effectively and efficiently, in compliance with the account’s service level and contractual obligations.
This will be a country-aligned management position and you will operationally manage the delivery teams in your respective location to high levels of service excellence. You will engage with client stakeholders as part of this role so that each team is focused on the activities that will exceed expectation across the client’s hiring community.

• Understand all policies and processes across campus functions to ensure alignment to contracted services and consistent training / documentation; become a high-level subject matter expert for end-to-end campus operations.
• Ensure on-going maintenance of complete and comprehensive documentation covering all policies and process. Ensure appropriate controls are in place to ensure only up-to-date tools, process maps, templates, and references are utilised by the team.
• Disseminate results provided by the MI team and communicate requirements to the account management team as well as work closely with the Recruitment Partners and coordinators to influence the changes required to improve performance.
• Ensure Training Programmes address and enforce policy and process compliance and are continually updated with evolving information.
• Support with develop and delivery of operational training to team as required.
• Continually review governance monitoring and improvement initiatives, identifying trends and adapting as needed to address challenges faced by the team.
• Interrogate data and MI, to identify where activities are not being undertaken highlighting areas of operational risk and liaising with end-users to implement improvements.
• Implementation of standard operating procedures (e.g. document storage, BCP, account governance) to ensure operational risk is mitigated and to drive consistency.
• Ensuring accurate agendas, covering all key business points are provided in a timely manner for meetings
• Support direct reports in the resolution of complex and contentious issues with clients, ensuring all escalations are resolved promptly - act as a liaison between client and recruiters where needed
• Manage a team of coordinators in APAC to achieve delivery targets and contractual SLAs by providing direction, performance management to include objectives and development plans, training interventions and continual feedback on progress
What we need from you:
• Prior experience and understanding of the campus recruitment function and process ideally from the banking/financial services industry will be an advantage, we are also open to candidates with HR operations and onboarding experience.
• Proven track-record managing a regional team across various locations - remote and in-country
• Experience of presenting to senior client stakeholders and gained agreement to course of action
• Ability to liaise with and influence all levels of management to agree a change of direction or new process
• Demonstrated the ability to act as a Trusted Advisor to the client
• Excellent listening and communications skills at all levels
• Ability to produce quality professional documentation
• Strong in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience of project management or process management
• Change management experience
