Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales across Asia, with a focus on in-person engagement (based in Hong Kong or China)
• Acquire and cultivate strategically important retail accounts in Asia (excluding Japan, Korea, and China)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international distributors to drive sales and market penetration
• Manage relationships, assortment and lead negotiations with Key Accounts
• Collaborate closely with the product development team to enhance our product line continuously
• Develop marketing strategies and materials that meet the specific needs of the region
Required Experience and Mindset:
• Multiple years of international sales experience in Asia, with an established network and key contacts in the toy industry
• Strong initiative, independent working style, and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Passionate about building the brand in international markets
