Responsibilities:
Provide IT & PC support to company internal users
Handle IT assets inventory
Assist to configure PC, server and network equipments
Assist to system account administration
Any other ad hoc assignments & duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent certifications
Knowledge on computer hardware and MS Office applications
Good at helpdesk, systems and server support
At least 1 year working experience in helpdesk support would be an advantage. Fresh
graduates will also be considered.
Support experience in MS Windows platforms or Microsoft 365 platforms would be an
advantage
A good team player, responsible, good problem-solving skills
Immediate available is highly preferred
Applicant with less experience will be considered as Assistant
