Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic VP, Marketing with a strong focus on SEO strategies to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives and optimising the brand’s presence to enhance brand visibility, attract high-quality leads, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies with an emphasis on SEO to maximise organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic
• Monitor website performance, conduct regular audits, and provide recommendations for improving site structure, content, and user experience to enhance search engine rankings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring a cohesive brand message and consistent customer experience
• Utilise data-driven insights and analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, identify trends, and optimise campaign performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing practices to ensure the strategies used remain effective
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives and leverage their expertise when necessary
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years proven experience as a marketing leader, preferably in the financial services or investment industry
• Strong expertise in SEO strategies and techniques, with a track record of successfully improving organic search rankings and driving website traffic
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, and other web analytics platforms
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimise campaign performance.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing marketing team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving measurable goals and driving business growth
