About The Role:
As the Presales Solutions Director, you will play a critical role in driving the success of the presales activities. You will lead a team of presales professionals, collaborating closely with sales other key stakeholders to develop and deliver compelling solutions that meet our clients' needs. This position necessitates possessing a strategic outlook, robust leadership capabilities, and extensive experience in presales solution development.
Responsibilities
• Lead a team of presales professionals, offering guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure exemplary performance and continual professional growth.
• Foster collaboration with internal teams to grasp client requirements and devise pioneering solutions that effectively address their specific challenges.
• Serve as the go-to authority on our products and solutions, showcasing an in-depth understanding of their capabilities and their alignment with client needs.
• Take the lead in crafting proposals and delivering sales pitches to bolster commercial opportunities and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Share accountability with the Business team for achieving revenue targets within each fiscal year.
• Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and establish clear success criteria.
Requirements:
• 10 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or a related field, with a proven track
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
