System and Software Expert Job Description for China CITIC Bank International Limited

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System and Software Expert to join our team at China CITIC Bank International Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
• Evaluate and recommend software packages and solutions to meet business needs.
• Review and provide recommendations on application software improvement.
• Support application installation and verify delivered results.
• Ensure development work follows department standards and guidelines.
• Prepare documentation of analysis and design work.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and system configurations.
• Assist PMs and Application Development Team to plan and monitor application implementation.
• Ensure software development progress according to schedule and participate in program development when necessary to meet predefined development schedules.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications to ensure smooth 24-hour round-the-clock operation (including Disaster Recovery Site support) within the bank.

Requirements:
• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant qualification.
• 6 years' experience in application software development with at least 2-3 years in system analysis.
• Exposure to multiple computer platforms (Windows, Linux, Vmware).
• Knowledge in C#, VB.NET, Java, Tomcat, XML, MySQL, and MSSQL, Shell Scripting.
• Knowledge in networking, firewall, and virtualization.
• Hands-on knowledge in system integration implementation.
• Experience in E-form, Workflow, Enterprise Content Management solution & Application migration is an added advantage.
• Experience in whole development cycle mainly in system development, implementation, and support.
• Strong sense of teamwork, willing to share experience and expertise with team members.
• Proactive attitude and able to work independently.
• Sound communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
