PURPOSE Support to implement the overall Technology organization to adopt cloud-first strategy & realize the overall Group Technology Strategy by where Cloud based operation underpins. Contribute to drive cloud transformation concepts and engineering patterns into development teams to keep systems operating effectively Participate to provide engineering and technical advisory for the design, planning, development, and delivery of critical applications on cloud-native microservices architectures that will drive optimizations and improvements in the security, agility, responsiveness, and capital efficiency of automation. KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES Support daily on scripting including Windows Shell, Azure Function and AWS Lambda, ensuring it is running normally. Provide BAU support on cloud-native services, the task includes identify and troubleshoot the root cause of Infrastructure and network related problems, escalate the problem to senior staff if needed. Improve automation and fault tolerance of the deployment tasks which is assigned by senior staffs. Maintain and inventory architecture diagrams of infrastructure, ensuring that they are always up to date. Document and maintain any knowledge on best practice related to Cloud, ensuring that they are always up to date. Execute the planned solution for infrastructure provisioning that was designed by Senior staffs. Assist junior staffs on BAU support and technical advisory. Report the development processes/tasks regularly to direct manager. Coordinate with different teams or BUs to ensure requirement collection and status update are effective gathered and delivered. Ensure infrastructure provisioning is aligned with predefined best practice. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE 3+ years of IT experience Relevant degree or diploma programme of study Advanced level software of programming skills with moderate level of Cloud Infrastructure experience in Azure or AWS. Experience in ServiceNow engineering, including Catalog Item design and Client Script development, KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Experience with automation mechanism and understanding the workflow such as; release engineering tactics, advanced test automation, infrastructure as code, self-healing, technical debt and toil elimination and chaos engineering Experience working with APIs achieving automation and interoperability Experience with Cloud platform and ServiceNow with deep understanding on integration mechanism Strong practical Linux- and Windows-based system administration skills in a cloud or virtualization environments Experience building sophisticated and highly automated infrastructure Experience with seamless/automated build scripts used for release management Understanding and experience with tagging Good command of spoken and written English FWD Group is a pan-Asian life and health insurance business with more than 12 million customers across 10 markets, including some of the fastest-growing insurance markets in the world.
