Retail Sales Associate

Key Accountabilities:
• Work with the store team to ensure the smooth running of the shop floor
• Develop and maintain a great rapport with our customers
• Build and nurture strong working relationship with the team

Key Performance Indicators:
• Support Managers with NPS & Exceptional Service Programme to ensure exceptional customer service is achieved
• Ensure health & safety standards are at the forefront of everything we do
• Act on Customer feedback and complaints working with Manager to improve performance

Key Behaviours:
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate the desire and curiosity to become an expert within your role and the wider business.

• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated who thrives on an entrepreneurial work environment.
• Motivated, outgoing and approachable
• Candidates with customer service experience in other industries welcome to apply
