Data Centre Pre-sales & Delivery Support Specialist

Responsibility
• Support Sales team in providing solutions pertaining to Data Center / Colocation during sales cycle
• Identifies customer's needs and technical requirements
• Provides support to customers pertaining to global deployments of solution design and deliverables
• Support on project management and project handover to operation team

Requirements
• University degree in Telecommunication / Electrical related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years or above relevant experience in Colocation / Data Center
• Experience in Telecommunications / Networking / Colocation / Data Center are preferred
• Excellent Communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible, Result-oriented, and Organized
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
