As a Project Manager you will manage the entire production process primarily for bags (backpacks, etc.) and leather goods, coordinating with suppliers from China and other international locations. Other additional experiences such as manufacturing in apparels and lifestyle accessories will also be an additional skill for this role. This role requires extensive production management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.

Originally established in 1992 by a group of offbeat students as an arts movement, but fuelled by fiery passion and burning curiosity, the Lomographic Society soon grew into an international venture.
Our snapshots are characterized by vibrant colours, surprise effects and pure spontaneity. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee production from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers from China and/or other countries.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance.
• Controlling on costs and regular update and crosscheck of quotations
• Create detailed project plans with timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align production with business goals.
• Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections and address quality issues promptly.
• Coordinate with our logistic department and supplier to ensure excellent logistics and shipping processes.
• Maintain record of production activities and supplier agreements
• Prepare regular reports on production status and potential risks.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English
• Experience in project management and production (fashion industry specifically with bags and apparel)
• Experience working with international suppliers, especially China
• Strong negotiation, organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiar with photography or analogue photography
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace
• Proficiency in project management apps, and design related software
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance
