Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our B2B sales efforts in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by managing relationships with key clients, developing sales strategies, and providing outstanding service to our partners in the hospitality and culinary sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
• Supervise and mentor a team of B2B sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques specific to the B2B market.
• Set clear sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed goals.
B2B Sales Strategy
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with restaurants, hotels, and culinary institutions.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product offerings and sales approaches.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and support.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Sales Performance Monitoring
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing reports for management review.
• Implement corrective actions as needed to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted at B2B customers.
Market Insights
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches that impact the B2B market.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and market demands.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the luxury or kitchen equipment sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
