Key Responsibilities:
In our quest for sustainable, constant growth and in making the Future Work for Everyone We are currently looking for potential Recruitment Associate Consultants/ Consultants to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving and high energy environment.
• Our Desk is experiencing a HUGE GROWTH spurt - lots of new headcounts, lots of new roles, to leverage off our successful ADECCO brand covering Commercial, Retail, Banking, Financial, MNC style of clients.
You will be provided with our highly successful proprietary sales training program delivered by our award winning TOP Biller managers/directors which has been categorized as industry leading. A typical day as a recruiter will include/but not limited to.
• Handle the entire end to end recruitment life cycle
• required as a 360 consultant.
• Marketing advertising and marketing channels on all
• social media platforms provided by the company INCLUDING individual Recruiters
• Linkedin Licenses.
• Discuss and sell confidential job openings and mandates.
• Screen, headhunt and network CVs profiles for open requisitions
• Headhunting and delivering a Market map to provide a competitive advantage to clients over other recruitment agencies
• Background and credit vetting checks.
• Closing deals by meeting both clients and candidates
• salary expectations.

Your Profile:
• Previous experience or a strong passion for a career in recruitment or sales
• A bachelor’s degree with exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
• Possesses a strong sense of curiosity and learning ability
• Entrepreneurial, Independent, Team Player & Resilient with Strong Work Ethics
• Ability to work under fast-paced and competitive environment
• Good communications skills in either English or Cantonese, Chinese.
• Proven experience in any facets of Sales (Retail, Tech, Solutions, Finance, Banking, Insurance etc.) AND a strong desire to build a sustainable career in Sales.
• English, Chinese and Mandarin preferred.
• CANDIDATE(S) WITHOUT ANY RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED; EITHER A STRONG DESIRE TO WORK IN SALES OR SOME PREVIOUS SALES/CUST SERVICE EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED,
For experienced consultants, we have capacity to open new desks / new roles in BOTH the perm or contract desks even. So if you have 1+ years of experience in recruitment we are open to talk and put something attractive together.
