Java System Analyst (FS) / Competitive Salary + Bonus

Our client seeks a passionate System Analyst with loan experience to join their innovative team. Lead exciting projects and make a real impact!

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop system applications.
• Oversee the complete application development lifecycle, from gathering user requirements to the release of programs.
• Gather and analyze user needs, perform system functional design, and coordinate application quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with a team of system analysts to ensure applications meet functional and programming specifications.
• Incorporate IT security controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in system development.
• Lead and manage assigned IT projects.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Prior experience in personal loan business is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in application development.
• Proficient in functional design, database design, and project management.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as JAVA or RPG is preferred.
• Experience with modern development frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and DevSecOps is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO27001 standards is a plus.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
